Where do I fill out the brief?

That’s very simple, once you fill out the form, our agent will give you a call and as per the project you have chosen you will be sent a brief. For instance a logo brief will be shared with you if you want a logo project and so on
Who will be coordinating with me?

A project manager will be assigned to you, who will be your main contact through the process. Yes, whenever necessary you will also be able to coordinate with our designer or technical team lead for your web-project

What would be the process if I want logo or branding?

Once you fill out the brief, a designer will work on your logo/branding concepts. You will be presented with concepts and till you don’t finalize one, we will keep on working with you!
What about the website process?

Website is a bit detailed. After the sitemap is finalized, the designer will design your unique pages and once you approve of the designs, the site goes into development
In how much time would my project be finished?

Logo takes 72 hours tops, branding would take 5 days max depending on your feedback and a website can take anywhere between 15 day to 3 months, again depending on webiste’s scope.

What would be the final files for logo or branding?

Delivery is made to you in eps, gif, psd, RGB, AI, tiff and jpq.
I like my website; how will it get deployed?

You like your site? Great! Now we have to get hosting to put it up on a server and deploy it on your domain. If you already have hosting, you would have to share cPanel credentials with us and if you don’t have it, we can buy one for you!
When do I pay?

Payment terms would be decided between you and your customer agent. Usually, for logos and branding 100% payment is made upfront and for websites, payment is divided into phases.
